ABOUT THIS COURSE
Consistent throughout the relocation process, the project manager will need to introduce to the relocation committee, move champions, Command Centre Committee and removals teams the reporting tools that will be used to document achievement and performance management.
The relocation reporting tools will nominate and advise the relevant stakeholders who need to attend meetings. It identifies who will chair the meeting, confirm meeting attendance and encourage people to fully prepare meeting contributions.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the methods used to keep stakeholders informed and up to day throughout the project.
