The project control group consists of key and major stakeholders who are instrumental in influencing the project. 

The project control group will often consist of those senior management in the areas of major business units or finance and operational management. 

The selection of the project control group is based on those people that understand how decisions that are made will have an overall impact on the business.  Not of just particular units within their business.  It is often the COO and CFO are in this Group.

Who's involved? The COO, The CFO, the steering committee, the fit out project manager.
