The Move Champion Exit and Entry Checklist is a quality document used at the commencement of the physical relocation, and provides a cross check/reference to ensure that all staff within their business unit are relocation ready!
Cross check that certain important activities have been complete, sign off that staffare ready to relocate, and cross check that everything has been delivered. This product includes a five page document containing a 2 part prepopulated checklist for entry/exit. It also captures the locker numbers and access card information.
Additionally there is a communication piece to send to your Move Champions explaining the checklist and a helpful companion instruction document to assist you.
