NSW CPD is set by NSW Fair Trading, not by REINSW alone. For the 2025–26 CPD year (1 Jul 2025 → 30 Jun 2026), licensed agents must complete compulsory topics delivered in interactive formats only (face-to-face max 40 or live webinar max 25) by an approved provider, and the training must include an assessment activity. Class 1 licence holders must also attend a NSW Fair Trading–accredited forum (5 hrs). Self-paced e-learning does not count.
While our courses at SKILLINGS Education cannot be claimed for NSW CPD compliance, they can be used to sharpen skills, standardise team practice, onboard new hires, and stay compliance-ready. It is important that practitioners do not claim NSW CPD compliance or REINSW approval for SKILLINGS Education training. For licence CPD, book with an approved provider (REINSW is one of several). We are exploring subcontracting partnerships so our commercial content can be delivered within approved CPD, and we’ll update this page if this changes.
