SKILLINGS Education has entered a new partnership with the Real Estate Institute of the ACT (REIACT), with two co-branded commercial learning collections set to launch in January 2026.
REIACT and SKILLINGS Education have partnered to address identified capability gaps within the ACT market by delivering structured, practical learning pathways tailored to local professional needs.
The partnership focuses on improving access to practical, commercial real estate training for ACT professionals — an area that has not benefited from the same level of educational focus as the residential space.
REIACT and SKILLINGS Education share a commitment to lifting capability across the ACT market by providing accessible, industry-aligned learning pathways.
As part of the partnership, SKILLINGS Education will deliver two structured learning pathways:
The collections draw from SKILLINGS Education’s broader course library and have been curated specifically to address capability gaps identified within the ACT market.
Both programs will be available to REIACT members and non-members, with discounted pricing for members. Each collection will be delivered online and include guided modules, resources and a Certificate of Completion.
The ACT continues to see increased demand for commercial leasing, asset management and advisory capability — particularly as agencies diversify service lines and government tenants shift requirements. In addition, as mixed-use commercial and residential buildings become more common, there is an increasing need for practitioners to be cross-skilled to ensure the effective management of both tenancy types operating within the same premises.
The partnership aims to provide a clear entry point for newcomers and a structured development pathway for those progressing into more complex commercial roles.
The REIACT Learning Collections will go live in January 2026. Detailed course information, enrolment links and module outlines will be published closer to launch.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting the next stage of commercial capability development in the ACT — providing practical, structured learning that aligns with how the market is evolving.
SKILLINGS Education supports CPD learning requirements but is not a licensing provider. Check ACT regulatory guidance for mandatory CPD obligations.
