Acquiring resources is the process of securing team members, equipment, materials or other resources required to deliver the project.
The key input to acquiring resources is the project plan.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the selection criteria for resources including the skills and experience required to complete the work and other skills relevant to the project.

Students will gain an understanding of the process that determines if a site is capable of supporting the spaces and activities of an office. Topics covered include bounds and restrictions which the designers need to consider when formulating the design.
After the Change Manager completes the Business Requirements gathering exercise to identify special business unit requirements (such as issues with the change ahead, and special users amongst other things), the Technology Work stream will follow up with a comprehensive desktop audit to identify those users with special software or hardware requirements/uses.
There should be continual opportunity for feedback to be gathered throughout the project when different initiatives are implemented.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of IT discovery exercise, the type of issues and special software or hardware requirements/uses that the Technology work stream will need to address with stakeholders, and the different initiatives that may be implemented in a project.
