Scope Management is concerned with defining all the work of the project and only the work needed to successfully produce the project goals.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of Project Scope Management and the tools and techniques used to perform the processes in this knowledge area.

The Storage Consultant will support the workplace strategy by providing guidance to the organization on the best fit, appropriate type and required volumes of storage and will mentor the organization through a storage program.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how a storage strategy and program impacts a relocation project.
