SKILLINGS Education courses may be self-assessed as CPD when the learning is of significant intellectual/practical content, related to the practice of law, and delivered by suitably qualified presenters (they don’t have to be lawyers). 1 hour = 1 CPD unit for course/web/digital learning. The regulator does not accredit CPD providers—lawyers choose activities that meet the Uniform CPD Rules and keep records.
