Tasmanian real-estate CPD is set by the Property Agents Board (PAB). The Board imposes a CPD condition on each licence and requires agents to complete the required CPD by 30 April each year. A typical condition is 8 CPD points, usually including at least 6 industry-specific points and at least 2 points delivered by an external provider. Only Board-approved activities count, and repeating the same activity from a prior year doesn’t count. Keep a CPD record and evidence for audit.
We deliver Board-approved CPD in Tasmania (external provider). Points for each course are set by the Board and appear on the List of Approved CPD Activities (EP-coded). Our sessions are designed to be industry-specific and align with the Board’s approval criteria (relevance, significant intellectual/practical content, clear learning outcomes).
Training courses, workshops/symposiums, webinars/online programs, distance learning, conferences, and other formats approved by the Board.
