PCGs are one of the most important stakeholder groups in a project.
The best PCGs are those that have the strategic business owners in the room and those that have a good relationship with their peers and their teams.
They set the direction and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the business. They can add some fun to a very long project with their support and enthusiasm and the Project Working Group and their Project Director are keen to meet their expectations.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of why and how the PCG is formed and how they learn about what the project is about through key project plan and charter documents and other recommendations.

Before you can decompose the project and develop a delivery plan, it is useful to understand the challenges for the Project Director and their team when undertaking a large fit out project.
The Project Director will use early appreciation and framework to focus their delivery team’s attention to fill in the gaps and to build the Project Delivery Plan.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of what to look for and how to identify key information that will inform the project delivery process and to develop an appreciation of a project from all or any external resources.

Students will gain an understanding to the programmes related to the accommodation decision that the project team are now underway in managing, and that there may even be many of the same stakeholders involved across multiple programmes.
The project communication processes should support timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control and monitoring of information.
When determining the level of communication for your project, you will need to determine the mode you will be using, the needs of your communication and the channel to seek, clarify, justify and disseminate this information both through formal or informal methods.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the best used communication modes through different communication channels, and how to apply effective communication when communicating to different stakeholders.
