Course 2 - INTRODUCTION TO THE PROCESS LIFECYCLE - Learning the Process Groups and Phases
Learn about the Project Life Cycle in Project Management and the different Project Phases.
Course 3-4 - PART A & B - INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
Gain an understanding of Project Integration Management and control, the Project Management Framework, and the different phases that run through the Project Management methodology.
