Learners will gain an understanding of the risk profiles and key controls that the Project Director should observe and implement prior to commencing project phases.
Course 3 - Project Management Methodologies and the PMO
Learners will be introduced to Project Management methodologies and their set of rules, principles, processes, and practices, find out about the Project Management Office, and how to standardize project management methodologies, processes, and templates.
Course 4 - Decomposing a Fitout Project - Preview into your Project and Milestones
Learn how to decompose a project and make the project definition and delivery planning process as clear as possible to help identify priorities, risks, and vulnerabilities in the project
