Learn how performance and actions can influence others.
Course 3 - Improving Performance - Seeing Change as an Opportunity to Improve Performance
Understand the need to plan for performance reviews or appraisals.
Course 4 - Managing Stress - Keeping Focused in High Pressure Situations
Learners will gain an understanding of the causes and indicators of stress in the workplace, and tools and support that is available.
