WHS management systems have traditionally consisted of paper-based/documents, but are gradually moving to online systems with elements such as contractor management and incident reporting. Individuals with organizational responsibilities may contribute to the development and implementation of elements of a WHSMS appropriate to the nature and scale of the organization and its work health and safety (WHS) risks.

The important things that need to inform potential removalists include the project program, fit out handover dates, and the timeline for pilot as well as full relocation.

The business units involved in providing information must understand the communication protocols for releasing/distributing the information and the subsequent creating, securing, and storing of documents the information may trigger.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the interaction between the project manager and the different business units, and how to construct relocation documents to be distributed to project stakeholders.

Relocation project managers need to undertake good project management governance.
They will need to observe project management principles throughout the project and determine the right move for the organization, the right sequence of events, whilst observing good project governance.
Their knowledge build on the project management principles, and they know about a commercial accommodation project timeline and the possible complexities to consider when initiating a business relocation project.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the difference between the benefits of relocating in one moves vs multiple moves, and the issues arising from a complicated relocation.

There is more to procuring the right company than just knowing their brand identity. Things such as removalists capabilities, size and age of company and staff capabilities/qualifications are important considerations to make.
Removalists provide a range of logistics services, and ideally project management services as well. The best removals providers will offer project management services and be upfront about their procedures to execute a well organized removals process.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the capabilities of the removalist provider based on the structure and complexities of the relocation.

The relocation committee and move champions will be formed at the beginning of the planning phase of the relocation.
The relocation committee members will represent technical and functional teams within the organization. The Move Champions are the business unit representatives.
Command Centre Committee will be formed approximately 2-3 months prior to the relocation. The Command Centre mandate is to set up a facility that is the central point for engagement of activities for the resolution of issues identified during relocation.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the different individuals and teams required to deliver the relocation project outcomes.
