Course 1 - Understanding the Needs of the Business
Learners will be introduced to the most important first steps to be undertaken in a commercial real estate project - to consider different aspects of their client organization, such as business needs, vision, and company focus.
Course 2 - Approach for Undertaking the Needs Analysis and Strategy Development
Learn the steps and approaches taken by the Tenant Representative and their client in undertaking the needs analysis and strategy development.
Course 3 - Develop the Draft Client Project Brief - Issues Circumvented by Having a Great Brief
Learn how to develop a draft client project brief by following the scenario-based client case study.
Course 4 - Workplace Strategy and Space Planning
Learners will gain an understanding of how the discovery activities are undertaken with assistance of subject matter experts, and learn the theories and steps to capture the workplace and space requirements.
Course 5 - Confirm Client Requirements - Ensure the Brief Aligns Real Estate with the Business Strategy
Learn how to examine the findings from discovery activities, improve the client project brief, and assess the brief to ensure it is aligned with the business needs.
Course 6 - Benchmark of Current Potential Locations - Stay vs Go Analysis
Learners will be introduced to the benchmarking processes, including Stay vs Go analysis and fit-out cost comparisons, and understand how these processes benefit the property acquisition projects.
Course 7 - Develop Strategy for the Portfolio - Get Endorsement of Client Brief before Going to Market
Learners will gain an understanding of the steps to get approval and client endorsement of the project brief before proceeding to the next phase - premises sourcing.
