Course 1 - How People Work - Activating the Workplace and Workforce
Learners will gain an understanding of the type of workshops and user discovery that the Workplace Strategy team will work with the client organization to complete.
Course 2 - Gathering Quantitative Evidence - Understanding the Processes Deployed
Learn how to capture the quantitative evidence with the client throughout the engagement process.
Course 3 - Engagement Exercises - Part 1 - The Initial Engagement Phase
Learn about the methods best applied when seeking to engage with the wider workforce in the initial engagement phase of a Workplace Transformation Project
Course 4 - Engagement Exercises - Part 2 - The Strategy and Implementation Phases
Learners will gain an understanding of the engagement process through the Strategy phase to the Implementation phase
Course 5 - Leadership Interviews - Coordinating the Interviews and Workshops
Learners will gain an understanding of what the leadership wants and the outcomes of the meetings.
Course 6 - Presenting the Workplace Strategy - What Makes it into the Report
Learn what a Workplace Strategy Report is and its purpose.
