As a member of the project team, you are expected to understand the many stages of a project and how deliverables and activities will be undertaken and in what order throughout the project lifecycle.
The Accommodation timeline is the high level roadmap that indicates the project junctures and where you and your team will be involved in the project in order to deliver all the essential support and services needed by the client. Understanding the Accommodation Timeline and how the projects starts and the junctures where the different project team members work is essential to all team members.
It is important that each project team member become familiar with your projects accommodation project timeline and understand who is doing what role in each of these project phases.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of where you fit in, in any project, when you are undertaking the role of Workplace Strategist or Change Manager, and learn about each phase of a typical commercial accommodation project.

The Project team will show their commitment to the technology initiatives being rolled out by being early adopters of the new changes during the project.
This is extremely important so that they can understand and plan the best way to support these initiatives.
The IT Work stream will assess the suitability of the project teams’ participation based on current technical needs. They will also coordinate training providing the project team with the opportunity to get enthusiastic, and ask questions.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how the Change Manager and the IT Work stream will work together to assess the suitability of the project teams’ participation as an early adopter of incoming or upgraded technology.

The first month of Workplace Change program will include setting up the channels and modes, as well as getting Project Control Group, leadership teams and Work stream counterparts comfortable. This includes asking for others to help set up the communication foundations.
In the second month it will involve forming communication packs to set the minds of the leadership at ease showing the change and comms plan. Heading into the third month it will be of busy communicating the need from others to do the work.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of what to get started on in Month 1 in particular in learning how to work with internally appointed teams to facilitate, record and communicate events or success stories through internal channels.
