Course 1 - The Project Directors Role - Managing a Commercial Property Accommodation Project
Learners will gain an understanding of the challenges when onboarded as a Project Director, the attributes of the role, and the typical project management activities that the Project Director will need to deliver to ensure the project is successful.
Course 2 - Developing the Project Charter - Part A - Authorizing the Existence of your Project
Learners will gain an understanding of what is required on approval of the business case, and learn how effective the Project Charter Summary is in communicating the business importance and existence of the project, as well as the benefits of the project.
Course 3 - Developing the Project Charter - Part B - Governance Structure
Learn how effective the Project Charter is in communicating the project objectives and activities with project authorities.
Learn why and how the PCG is formed and the investigations and deliverables they will be involved in, or assist with, during the project initiation phase.
Learners will be introduced to the onboarding process when forming a high-performing structure for the project team.
Course 6 - Develop the Team - Getting the Right Team Onboard
Learners will gain an understanding of the process of developing a project team, and learn how improving internal and external interactions of team members can optimize the overall team environment for the purpose of enhancing project performance.

Learn about project launch meetings and how it is essential to successfully develop an integrated project plan.
Course 8 - PCG - Part 2 - The Planning Phase
Learn what the PCG does in the project planning phase and how they can help the PWG by putting the right people in place and endorsing new ways of working.
Course 9 - Develop the Milestone Program - Project Deliverables and Work Breakdown
Learn what the Project Director considers as PMP inputs and how they will tailor the PMP template to suit the project.
