Course 1 - The Role of the Design Manager
Learners will gain an understanding of what’s required from the Design Manager and their team, what they do and how they work with the Project Director, as well as how they contribute throughout the project lifecycle.
Course 2 - Fitout Design & Development - Part A - The Schematic Design Phase
Learn about the 4 significant phases that the designer will undergo when undertaking an accommodation project.
Course 3 - Fitout Design & Development - Part B - Prepare Pre-Tender Cost Estimate
Learn how a pre-tender cost estimate is prepared and used as the baseline of the project cost at different stages of development of the workplace project.
Course 4 - Fitout Design & Documentation - Part C - Agreement on the Concept Design
Learners will gain an understanding of the process undertaken by different parties in an effort to obtain agreement and approvals on the concept design.
Course 5 - Fitout Design & Development - Part D - Proceed with Design Development
Learn the key elements in the design development stage, including the different roles and exercises undertaken by the consultants onboard, and the timeline to complete the phase.
Course 6 - Fitout Design & Development - Part E - Finalize for Construction Documents
Learners will gain an understanding of the key deliverables when it comes to finalizing the construction documents and learn the responsibilities of the Design team during document handover.
